Diese Gruppe wird angeleitet von Ruth Mielke.<\/p>\n

Bereits seit 2013 existiert unsere Nordic-Walking Sparte unter ihrer Leitung und wird von verschiedensten Sportler*innen aus den unterschiedlichsten Altersgruppen genutzt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sport direkt vor der Haust\u00fcr<\/h4>\n

Nordic-Walking bietet nicht nur die M\u00f6glichkeit bei jeder Jahreszeit und bei jedem Wetter an der frischen Luft die Ausdauer zu f\u00f6rdern, sondern kann selbst von Menschen mit einem sportlichen Handicap oder von Sportler*innen im h\u00f6heren Alter gleicherma\u00dfen wahrgenommen werden.<\/p>\n

Es ist leicht erlernbar, braucht wenig Vorkenntnisse und ist kosteng\u00fcnstig.<\/p>\n

Die Nordic-Walking Gruppe des TV Grebin wird sehr aktiv besucht und freut sich jederzeit \u00fcber Neuzug\u00e4nge, Interessierte oder nur gelegentliche Teilnehmende.<\/p>\n

Zur Zeit finden die Treffen an folgenden Tagen statt:<\/p>\n

Dienstag,<\/strong> Donnerstag, Samstag, Sonntag: um 9.00 Uhr<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mittwoch: um 11.00 Uhr<\/strong><\/p>\n

Treffpunkt ist der M\u00fchlengrundwendehammer<\/a> in Grebin. An verschiedenen Punkten k\u00f6nnen Sportler*innen auf der ca. 4 km langen Strecke dazu sto\u00dfen.<\/p>\n

Jeder wird hier mitgenommen!<\/p>\n

J\u00e4hrlich finden zwei fest etablierte Ausfl\u00fcge um den Ukleisee und an die Ostsee statt.<\/p>\n\n\n
